Join naturopath Niki Cleuet for an informative evening exploring common concerns and questions regarding plant-based diets, as well as the potential benefits and pitfalls that come with the terrain of plant-based nutrition. This workshop is for:

- Those interested in or curious about vegetarian diets.
In this workshop, you’ll be given the tools and knowledge needed to make informed dietary choices, to optimise not only your nutrition but your health and wellbeing as well. You’ll explore specific nutrients to look out for, as well as common vegan/vegetarian topics like soy, B12 supplementation and more.
