Emma is a degree-qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Complementary Health Care Practitioner with a commitment to collaborative, evidence-based care. Graduating top of her class with the Award for Clinical Excellence, Emma is widely known for her thorough, compassionate, and thoughtful approach to complex cases.
With a passion for supporting people on their journey to create a healthy family, Emma has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in reproductive health—including women’s and children’s health, sonography, assisted reproductive technology (ART) support, and male and female hormonal dysfunction. She has also pursued further education in paediatrics, the nutritional aspects of neurodiversity, digestive health, pathology interpretation, and advanced gut and vaginal microbiome analysis.
A strong advocate for integrated health, Emma is well-versed in working alongside general practitioners, fertility specialists, paediatricians, psychologists, and allied health professionals. She values open communication and collaboration to ensure her patients receive comprehensive, consistent, and high-quality care. Her ability to navigate complex cases and bridge complementary and conventional medicine is a key strength that contributes to positive health outcomes for the individuals and families she supports.
Emma is uniquely placed to support individuals and couples in their pursuit of reproductive well being—whether that involves navigating complex vaginal presentations, overcoming fertility challenges, supporting natural conception or ART (including IVF), or providing holistic care throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.
With a special interest in microbiome research—particularly the role of vaginal and gut microbiomes in reproductive and systemic health—Emma utilises advanced testing (including metagenomic microbiome analysis) to develop personalised and targeted treatment plans.
Emma has additional interests in supporting athletes and their unique needs and has experience with treating elite level athletes both in and out of season. With 3 young children of her own, Emma also brings valuable life experience to the nuances of nourishing thriving children.
