As a mother of three young children, Emma understands the complexities of women’s health through the life cycle. At PHF Emma is one of our team with a specialist interest in maternal and children’s health and nutrition. Emma understands the common challenges associated with transition into parenthood, breastfeeding, postpartum care, and the ongoing demands of managing a young family in our modern world. Emma strongly believes in laying early foundations for healthy attitudes towards food and nutrition in childhood and has successfully taught children and their parents how to enjoy (and accept!!) making healthy food and lifestyle choices whilst managing busy schedules and time limitations. The health and wellbeing of the family are a particular passion for Emma.
Emma has a personal and professional interest in supporting and maintaining optimal health to improve exercise performance for women. She is a keen athlete and is often found pushing a child in a running pram with a dog by her side!
