Sesame Seed Bars
These sesame bars are super simple to make, require no baking and are great for lunchboxes!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup Almond meal
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil Melted
- 1/2 cup Honey
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 Pod Vanilla bean Scraped out
Instructions
- Line a 20cm baking tin with baking paper
- In a large bowl combine the sesame seeds, coconut, almond meal and salt
- Combine the melted coconut oil, honey, tahini and vanilla
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined
- Pour into the lined tin
- Pop into the freezer for about one hour or until set
- Once set, remove and cut into bars
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge
