Rae is a degree-qualified Naturopath and Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. After completing a Science degree (Anatomy, Physiology and Human Biology) at the University of Western Australia, Rae then perused further studies in Nutrition and Herbal Medicine, positioning her as a practitioner known for her thorough, evidence-based approach and clinical excellence. Rae is widely recognised for her expertise in managing complex gastrointestinal conditions and her collaborative, integrative practice style.
Rae’s passion for understanding the root causes of chronic health conditions, has extended to undertaking extensive postgraduate training in gut microbiome analysis, gastrointestinal health and functional pathology interpretation. She has completed advanced study with the world-renowned Microbiome Restoration Centre and currently completing advanced training in Vaginal and Genitourinary Health.
Her dual training in Naturopathy and Exercise Physiology uniquely positions her to deliver comprehensive, multi-faceted care that addresses both nutritional and functional aspects of health.
Rae utilises advanced testing—including metagenomic microbiome analysis— combined with functional pathology to help identify drivers to chronic health conditions and develop personalised treatment plans. Her clinical rigour is matched by her practical, achievable approach to patient care.
